We’re halfway through 2017 already — supposedly halfway to achieving our New Year’s resolutions. Did you achieve yours? If not, this article offers a few mid-year resolutions to set some new goals for the rest of the year and be a “goal digger”!
I can testify to the power of one their suggestions — practicing an attitude of gratitude. I make a conscious effort each day to focus on being grateful for what I already have…an amazing family, caring friends, a great career, and more. If you’re someone who tends to see the negative, I would challenge you to take a few minutes each morning and evening to reflect on three things you can be grateful for. The habit can make for a surprising turnaround :-).
